Located in the heart of Jurmala, a new apartment hotel offers 31 units, an underground garage with 36 parking spaces, and 24-hour concierge service. In collaboration with Joma9, the project was completed on a turnkey basis in under two years and officially opened in 2023.

TURAIDAS KVARTALS, 2015
Completed in 2015, a modern residential complex offers 121 apartments for sale and rent. It includes an underground garage with 168 parking spaces and a secure, well-maintained area featuring a children's playground.

The first apartment hotel in the center of Jurmala. It includes 23 apartments, an underground parking garage with 17 spaces, a separate bathhouse, and a barbecue area.
